Angela (Angie) Adams, MSN, FNP-C, is from Springfield, IL. She relocated to South Georgia with her husband, a local to the area, in 1998, upon completion of his military service. They have three children, ages 15, 10 and 2. Angie graduated from Valdosta State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and from Georgia Southern University in 2012 with a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Active in her field, Angie is a member of the Georgia Nurses Association, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the American Academy of Neurology. She has over 12 years experience as a critical care registered nurse. As a nurse practitioner, she has specializations in hematology/oncology, neurology, and telemedicine. Angie is an active member of Destination Church in Blackshear, the Waycross Service League, and WayGreen Homestead Guild.
